Learn how to create and connect with the peace within your body and mind through movement flows, static postures, and mindfulness meditation. You will learn how to befriend your mind and release chaotic thinking patterns that create states of anxiety by making peace with your past in a way that honors universal balance while cultivating self-compassion and insight.

In this yoga course, you will have the opportunity to release old wounds and emotional trauma by working on the heart chakra. You will practice postures specific to enabling the heart-opening process and participate in the forgiveness ceremony. This course is suitable for all levels, no matter how much or how little yoga experience you may have.

You will be guided by our resident teacher Karima Salloway, who will help you transcend emotional blockages that are impacting your mental health so that you can learn to cultivate love and forgiveness for yourself and others and harness the peace within.

You will walk away empowered and strengthened to continue your own healing journey of living from the heart with peace of mind.

Dress Code:

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring an extra layer for the meditation practice. Cushions and blankets will be provided.
