After you register and make your payment, we will reach out to you to arrange a specific date and time that suits you for your private class.

Join one of our master teachers one-on-one to experience a greater understanding of yoga and improve your skills.

• For those new to yoga, private lessons can be an excellent way to get comfortable with the fundamentals of yoga before you join a group lesson or begin dancing tango socially.
• For those with a little more yoga experience, private lessons can be an excellent way to work on specific problem areas or to make sure that bad habits are recognized and stopped before they become ingrained
• And for those more intermediate/advanced in their yoga practice, private lessons can be an excellent way to further refine your yoga practice and poses.

To get the most out of your private lesson, be sure to:

• arrive early
• let us know if you have any injuries or special needs
• let us know if there is something specific you’d like to work on
• ask plenty of questions
• bring a note book to take down notes
