Sounds of Healing Meditation is a type of kirtan facilitated by Guru Javi. This will be a transformational music experience followed by a 1 hour world peace Metta Bhavana meditation. This beautiful evening event is designed to open your heart, revive your soul, and celebrate spirit and community!
Guru Javi uses traditional Sanskrit mantras and original music from around the world to create a unique, dynamic sound that stirs the heart and soul.

8:00pm — Intermission Break
8:15pm — Kirtan
9:00pm — Meditation
Cushions will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
No drinks or snacks will be available. Please bring your own, as desired.
