Truth & Fear: Exploring the Complexities of the Human Mind

This full day workshop will explore the complexities of the human mind using the themes of truth and fear.
Often, we resist the truth of a situation due to the fear of what it will show us about ourselves and our lives. We insist, instead, on living life through our fantasies, stories, and delusions, which distort actual reality and hinder our mental, emotional, and psychological development.
This workshop will allow you to experience a transformative cognitive method that will teach you how inaccurate our ideas and beliefs about ourselves, others, and our reality are. You will then learn the 3 mind exercises to increase the accuracy of your observations and strengthen your critical thinking skills. The workshop will conclude with practical applications that you can use to improve your health, wellbeing, relationships, and cognitive output.
This workshop is for all those who are interested in matters of the mind and who wish to live full and effective lives.
